Learning More About Vulnerability

I really get what Brene Brown means about vulnerability being  good and necessary. It forces a person to reflect and examine themselves. For most people, the experience of vulnerability is not a good one. It's an uncomfortable place to be. Even still, it is necessary; because vulnerability is needed for connection...that thing we all need in our lives to one degree or another.

Even the path to reconnecting to the soul requires vulnerability, and it can be downright scary for many; because this path is a deep and lengthy process. We face ourselves. We face our vulnerabilities on the way to reconnecting to ourselves. The challenge is real, but the reward is immeasurable....feeling alive and whole.

If you are reading this, and you are having a tough time right now, open your heart and use your intuition to connect to your divine source. Seek guidance and comfort there.
Surely, you were not meant to suffer forever. Take heart and keep faith that things will somehow work out; that all will be well in the end after all is said and done. What is meant to be will be. What is not meant to be will not be. Trust and let go.
